NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION
NORTH CASTLE FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election of the North Castle Fire District No. 2 will take place on December 9, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the North Castle Fire District No. 2 firehouse located at 400 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York for the following purpose:

To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing
January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030.

All residents of the North Castle Fire District No. 2, who are duly registered to vote with the Westchester County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025 shall be entitled to vote at this election.

Candidates, wishing to have their names printed on the ballot for the above office, must submit to the Secretary of the North Castle Fire District No. 2 at 400 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York, a written request accompanied by a petition signed by at least twenty-five (25) qualified voters of said Fire District not later than November 19, 2025 Fire District Officers must, at the time of the election and throughout the term of office, be a resident of the Fire District.
